I. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych będzie Marcin Skurka, prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod nazwą SKUMA, ul. Kresowa 15, 72-010 Police (dalej: Administrator). Może Pani /Pan skontaktować się z Administratorem w następujący sposób:

II. Pani/Pana dane osobowe są przetwarzane zarówno w formie papierowej jak i elektronicznej w celu zawarcia lub realizacji umowy związanej z działalnością Administratora, w szczególności z zakresu doradztwa technologicznego w obszarze gospodarki wodno-ściekowej (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).
III. Pani/Pana dane osobowe, z zastrzeżeniem zasad zawartych w art. 5 RODO, możemy udostępniać podmiotom upoważnionym oraz podmiotom, z którymi zawarto umowę powierzenia przetwarzania danych osobowych,
w celach związanych z zawarciem, rozliczaniem i realizacją umowy. Do tych podmiotów zaliczać się będą m.in.: pracownicy i współpracownicy Administratora, biuro rachunkowe, firma informatyczna współpracujące
z Administratorem. Nie przekazujemy Pani/Pana danych poza obszar Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego.
IV. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez okres niezbędny dla prawidłowego wykonania umowy, nie dłużej jednak niż do końca okresu przedawnienia roszczeń wynikających z umowy.
V. Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo dostępu do swoich danych osobowych, prawo żądania sprostowania swoich danych osobowych, prawo żądania usunięcia swoich danych osobowych, prawo żądania ograniczenia przetwarzania swoich danych osobowych, prawo wyrażenia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania swoich danych ze względu na swoją szczególną sytuację – w przypadkach, kiedy przetwarzamy Pani/Pana dane na podstawie naszego prawnie uzasadnionego interesu, prawo do przenoszenia swoich danych osobowych, prawo wycofania zgody na przetwarzanie danych (jeżeli przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie zgody). Żądanie takie zostanie uwzględnione, o ile zachodzić będą przesłanki określone przepisami prawa. Przysługuje Pani/Panu także prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego zajmującego się ochroną danych osobowych, tj. Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.
VI. Podanie przez Panią/Pana danych osobowych jest wymogiem umownym.
VII. Konsekwencją niepodania przez Panią/Pana danych jest brak możliwości zawarcia lub realizacji umowy.

II. Your personal data is processed both in paper and electronic form in order to conclude or perform a contract related to the Administrator’s activity, in particular in the field of technological consulting in the field of water and wastewater management (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).
III. Your personal data, subject to the rules contained in art. 5 GDPR, we may make available to authorized entities and entities with whom a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data has been concluded, for purposes related to the conclusion, settlement and performance of the contract. These entities will include, among others: the Administrator’s employees and associates, an accounting office, an IT company cooperating with the Administrator. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
IV. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract, but no longer than until the end of the limitation period for claims under the contract.
V. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request the rectification of your personal data, the right to request the deletion of your personal data, the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, the right to object to the processing of your data due to your special situation – in cases when we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, the right to transfer your personal data, the right to withdraw consent to data processing (if the processing is based on consent). Such a request will be taken into account, provided that the conditions specified by law are met. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
VI. Providing your personal data by you is a contractual requirement.
VII. The consequence of not providing your data is the inability to conclude or perform the contract.
